Project Overview

Gwallek Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. was contracted to build the 50‑bed District Hospital Baitadi, a critical healthcare facility in Baitadi District, Sudurpashchim Province. The project involved constructing a new hospital building to upgrade from the older structure, enabling the hospital to cater more effectively to local healthcare needs. According to Gwallek’s own project list, the hospital was built with a strong civil engineering focus—foundations, structural works, and finishing—ensuring a modern and safe facility.

Through this development, Gwallek contributes not only to improving infrastructure but also to strengthening public health services in a remote region, helping provide improved inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and diagnostic care to the community.

Technical Specifications

The District Hospital Baitadi, built by Gwallek Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd., features an RCC structure with foundations, multi-room superstructure, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC systems. It houses emergency, OPD, inpatient, laboratory, and radiology departments, meeting safety and operational standards for a 50-bed hospital.

Environmental Impact

The project uses environmentally responsible construction, including waste management, efficient water and energy use, and careful site planning. By providing local healthcare, it reduces patient travel and supports sustainable development in Baitadi.
